This is a full-time Account Executive position that requires onsite work. The role involves managing various accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle account management tasks and assist with audits
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
- Maintain the purchase book and accurately record bank entries
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and adhere to protocols
- Pay close attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Use analytical skills to identify financial trends and discrepancies
- Work with Tally software to manage accounts with GST compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally with GST
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST compliances, and bank reconciliation
- Solid understanding of account management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
