Job Description:

It is our site based job as an Account Executive who will take care of accounting and finance related to our site located at Lasalgaon, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities:

ROLL & RESPONSIBILITY:

Ø OVERSEEING PROJECT BUDGET, MONITORING EXPENSES AND ENSURING MONEY.

Ø PROCESSING INVOICES AND PAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

Ø PREPARING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS & REPORTS FOR THE SITE.

Ø ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ACCOUNTING STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS.

Ø COST ANALYSIS AND PROVIDING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COST SAVING MEASURES.

Ø MONITORING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CONTRACTS AND CHANGE ORDERS.

Ø DEVELOPING WRITTEN ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES FOR THE OPERATION STAFF.

Ø BANK RECONSILIATION.

Candidate should be Bachlor of Commerce and must be having minimum 2 to 4 years experience as an account executive.

Only Male Candidate will be preferred.
