Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and ensure their needs are being met
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on best practices
  • Monitor customer health and usage data to identify potential risks and take proactive steps to prevent churn
