Job Description:

We are hiring for our client, Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor, who is seeking an Executive Merchandiser for their Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience managing bespoke orders within the fashion industry. This role involves coordinating with production teams and responding to client inquiries to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time while addressing customization requests effectively.

Responsibilities:

Managing End-to-End Bespoke Orders: Oversee the entire process of bespoke orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.

Coordination with Production Team: Collaborate with the production team to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and deadlines are met.

Handling Customization Queries: Respond to all customization queries regarding price points, silhouette availability, and delivery timelines to convert inquiries into sales.

Client and Store Communication: Address all queries from multi-designer stores and clients, providing detailed responses about product features and availability.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in merchandising or a similar role within the fashion industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with production and design teams to achieve order fulfillment.

Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to resolve issues effectively.

Additional Details:

Location: Mumbai Office

Compensation: ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Work Environment: On-site role in a dynamic retail setting
