Experience with AAA and identity-based access solutions for WLAN deployments (ISE, ACS, Clearpass)
Experience with wireless intrusion detection and prevention systems, including WIDS and WIPS
Understanding of Cisco switching and ability to troubleshoot basic AP connectivity issues
Experience in Network troubleshooting including service and support on networking products such as routers, switches, Wireless devices etc.
Ability to isolate and solve complex technical/business problems with the ability to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels, across a geographic region.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Certified Wireless Network Associate (CWNA) & Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
