Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and data-driven HR MIS – Data Analyst to join our Corporate HR team in Mumbai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing HRIS platforms, performing regular data audits, generating insightful reports and dashboards, and supporting the transition to new HR technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain and manage HRIS databases with precision and integrity

-Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance

-Design and enhance dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools

-Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support data-backed decisions

-Collaborate with the HR team to streamline data workflows and improve reporting processes

-Lead the integration and implementation of Zing HR, supporting the transition from HRM Thread

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

-Strong experience in HR data analysis, MIS reporting, and database management

-Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

-Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred)

-Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

-Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
