Responsibilities:
Meet and Convince Plumbing Consultants (MEP) for brand approval Manage Relationship with consultants High level presentation to builders and consultants Get leads from consultants and pass on to NBD and CRR team for follow up and closing Support NBD & CRR Team in business development (presentation and negotiation) Overall management of the project team of the zone Appointment of Project Dealer as per requirement in coordination with CGM of the territory Managing Issues of Project Dealers. Implementing Selling Style as per guidelines and training of team Ensuring Zonal Growth as per Plan from Projects segment To decide Target of Team. & strive for achievement of the same. Coordinating with all functions to ensure Project service. Management of Brand Positioning in Zone Monitoring Competition & their Activities related to project sale and Proposing Counter action Plan Resolve Team Issues Correct Market Feedback to the management Highlighting Challenges & Proposing solutions. Participate & formulation of Companies overall Growth Strategy. Retention of Customers Managing Services to Project from Dealers / distributors
Preferred Qualification:
any graduate , 12th
exeperience in sales (building materials )
project sales , housing projects , hotel projects
