Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive the growth of Sub Zero’s product offerings in the market. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our best-in-class reefer boxes for temperature-controlled applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Sales Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new sales leads, targeting potential clients in industries such as logistics, pharmaceuticals, food, and agriculture.
- Product Pitching & Promotion: Present and demonstrate Sub Zero's range of temperature-controlled solutions, emphasizing the benefits of our superior insulation and innovative technology for safe, efficient transportation and storage.
- Relationship Building & Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Closing Sales Deals: Lead negotiations and finalize sales deals, ensuring alignment between client needs and company capabilities.

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel across their respective territory, to expand Sub Zero's market presence and grow the customer base.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled solutions or similar industries (e.g., refrigerated containers, cold storage).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in an accessible manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
