As a Sales Manager at Nestor Infra Ventures, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development activities to contribute to the growth and success of the company. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
  • Lead the generation of new business opportunities through effective networking and client relationship management
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the senior management team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in lead generation and sales in the real estate or related industry
  • Demonstrated success in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
