About the Job:

The Sales Manager role is a full-time OnSite position that offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company while building strong relationships with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation channels
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and upsell products or services
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and converting leads into sales
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
  • Excellent Telecalling skills to engage with potential clients
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus
