Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets
- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation channels
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Nurture relationships with existing clients and upsell products or services
- Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and converting leads into sales
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
- Excellent Telecalling skills to engage with potential clients
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Relevant certifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus
