• Proven experience as a sales leader, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.
2. Drive revenue growth: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the executive team for decision-making.
3. Sales planning and forecasting: Develop sales plans and budgets, and monitor progress against targets. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management. Review and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions.
4. Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service. Identify customer feedback and market trends to drive product development and improvements. Act as a key point of contact between customers and the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, product launches, pricing strategies, and customer retention initiatives.
