About the Job:
As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This is a full-time hybrid position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your troubleshooting skills and help resolve technical issues efficiently. Candidate will be provided training for our machines to repair they need to visit site analyse issue and resolve the issue.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers after visiting the site.
- Assist customers with setting up and configuring hardware and software
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Document all customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve issues
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Strong technical assistance and support skills
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certification or degree in a technical field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
