About the Job: Visual Citi Inc. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Design Engineer / Industrial Designer to join our team. The role involves translating design concepts into technical drawings and production-ready documentation for retail fixtures, window displays, and pop-up spaces. This is a Full-Time OnSite position with an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create detailed Shop drawings and engineering drawings primarily using SolidWorks and/or Rhino.
• Develop high-quality rendering presentations, experience with KeyShot is a strong plus.
• Prepare and issue production files for fabrication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Extract and compile Bills of Materials (BoM) and other supporting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and clients to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
• Participate in design development and value-engineering exercises to optimize cost, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Support prototyping, testing, and on-site implementation when necessary.
• Ensure design outputs align with brand guidelines, manufacturing capabilities, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years (or more) professional experience in designing for retail fixtures, furnitures, exhibition stands, displays, or similar environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Rhino for 3D modeling and technical drawings is a MUST.
• Working knowledge of KeyShot, SketchUp, or other relevant visualization and drafting tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of materials (wood, metal, acrylics, plastics), finishes, and fabrication methods.
• Experience generating Bills of Materials, cut lists, and assembly instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly present designs.
