As an Academic Counsellor at FIIT Academy, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students in their academic journey. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading IT Software Training and placement sector contender, known for its effective management and dedication to student success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide academic counselling to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
• Assist students in understanding course curriculum, career opportunities, and skill development.
• Conduct telecalling to reach out to potential students and provide them with information about courses.
• Offer guidance on course selection, study habits, time management, and exam preparation.
• Address student queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain records of student interactions and transactions for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
• Proven experience in counselling or a related field, with a focus on guiding individuals towards success.
• Proficiency in telecalling to engage with prospective students and provide necessary information.
