Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement CAD/CAM solutions for cutting operations.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist them in optimizing their cutting room processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase the capabilities of our CAD/CAM software.
• Customize CAD/CAM software according to the specific requirements of each client.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation of CAD/CAM solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology and incorporate them into our solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in CAD/CAM software and cutting operations.
• Strong knowledge of cutting room processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in providing technical support and training to clients is a plus.
