About the Job:

The Area Sales Manager role at our company is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team and drive business growth in the region. As an integral part of our sales department, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand customer base
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor market competition and trends to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
  • Travel within the assigned area to meet clients and attend industry events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales with the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Client Satisfaction: Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Sales Target Achievement: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • B2B and B2C Sales: Experience in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales environments
