About the Job:

As an Automation Test Lead at Abhidisolution, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated test scripts using Python for functional and performance testing
• Conduct browser testing to ensure compatibility across different platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and execute test plans
• Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team in delivering high-quality results
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in Functional Testing and Performance Testing
• Proficiency in developing test automation scripts using Python
• Familiarity with Browser Testing techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead testing initiatives
