Job Description:

Depth Knowledge/ Understanding of Tariff and Financial Modeling/ Financial

analysis of power projects  

Good understanding of the technology of power projects especially hydro.

Good understanding of the business environment for power projects/renewable.

Excellent analytical and excel skills

Responsibilities:

Industry research and track on Electricity Regulation / Developments in the

sector.

To understand the implications of existing Govt. Policies, Rules & Regulations

formulated by different Central and State Regulators on electricity.

Tariff and Financial modeling/financial analysis of power projects as per CRC/

SERC model.

NOC from SLDC of the state for scheduling of power.

Sale of Conventional/ RE Power in Open Access through various modes i.e. Bilateral/Power Exchange and raising of sales invoice.

Participation in tariff based competitive bidding in the portal as per MOP guideline.

Electricity Litigations and coordination with legal advocate/ counsel.

MIS with respect to Generation / Sales invoices / Receipt of payments.

Accreditation / Registration of RECs and sale of RECs.

Project cost estimation.

CDM.

Feasibility study of the power projects.

To preparation of budget / MIS for management.

To prepare the presentation / reports.

Liaison- Day to day follow up and coordination with various departments.

Documentation & communication

Preferred Qualification:

B. Tech Mechanical with two years’ plus experience in power Sales
