Job Description

·        Present, promote and sell IT products/software development and designing services,digital marketing using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.

·        Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.

·        Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails and various online marketplaces such as Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer, Guru, etc.

·        Analyze the IT territory/market's potential, track software sales and status reports.

·        Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new software services.

·        Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and IT market research.

·        Continuously improve through feedback.

·        IT Sales lead: Pitch our software development and designing services and IT products to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

  • Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (USA/Canada) through different channels.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Customize and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
  • Prepare and write detailed, persuasive sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information.
  • Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on calls throughout the sales cycle.
  • Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Work with product development and support teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.
