About the Job:
The company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to join our team on a full-time basis. As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues. This role offers the opportunity to work on-site and be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services
- Handle inbound calls from customers and address their queries or concerns
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
- Listen attentively to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Update customer records in the database with relevant information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any additional questions, and resolve issues
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to actively listen and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Previous experience in a customer service or telesales role is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
