We’re looking for an enthusiastic BPO Voice Executive to join our outbound Customer Service team. This role is integral to our growth, helping us connect with

clients in the United Kingdom and drive impactful business outcomes. To ensure you succeed in connecting with UK clients, we provide specialized training to develop a UK accent, empowering you to communicate effectively and confidently with our international audience.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients in the UK, introduce our services, and explore new business opportunities.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively listen to client needs, identify opportunities, and qualify leads aligned with our offerings.

CRM Management: Keep client records organized in our CRM for efficient follow-ups and relationship-building.

Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, moving leads through the sales pipeline.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective lead generation strategies.

Market Insight & Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends to position our services effectively.

Preferred Qualification:

Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, with training provided to develop a UK accent.

Experience: Open to freshers; experience in a similar role is a plus.

Education: Graduates or students pursuing their degree are encouraged to apply.

Location: Preferably from Mansarovar or nearby areas.

Skills: Adaptable, client-focused, with a passion for learning and professional growth.
