About the Job:
This is a Full-Time OnSite role for the position of Business Development Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, pitching marketing and advertising solutions, building strong client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Pitch marketing and advertising solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales or business development (preferably in marketing/advertising).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and following up on leads.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
