Job Description:
The primary role of a Business Development Executive (BDE) is to acquire new clients for a company and strengthen relationships with existing ones. They explore new markets and opportunities to sell the company's products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and pitch tailored IT solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular progress reports for management review.
Preferred Qualification:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in the IT industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, and hosting solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
