- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the lending industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and financial solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff for their professional development.
- Utilize contacts with bankers for easy disbursement of loans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, lending practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
