Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic-thinking Business Development Executive who will play a crucial role in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in client acquisition. Additionally, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of Import & Export in International market to effectively engage with clients and tailor our services to their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the industry.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure new clients.
• Develop and execute effective strategies for client acquisition, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Market Research:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and areas for business growth.
Customized Solution Development:
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements.
• Propose and tailor solutions that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Partner with shipping and delivery teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of service delivery.

Proven experience in business development, with a focus on Client Acquisition and Client Retention.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
