Preferred Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Matters: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success or account management in the tech industry.
  • Communication Wizardry: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to forge relationships, with a knack for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable customer-oriented plans.
  • Tech Toolkit: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks with attention to detail and timely follow-through.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate across teams to support customer needs effectively.
