About The Company
Position: HR Executive Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Assist in employee onboarding and ensure smooth orientation for new hires. Maintain employee records and handle documentation such as contracts, offers, and other HR paperwork. Support performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee grievances and provide HR-related support to all departments. Conduct regular meetings with the management to assess staffing needs and develop HR strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR Executive role or similar position. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
