Job Description:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels (social media, email, phone, contact, own generated leads).Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers like school principals , secretary etc .
Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of products. Identify and qualify new markets, products, or services to expand existing customer base.Conduct cold calls, emails, meetings to pitch solutions to potential customers. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase app features and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
Collaborate with development teams (marketing, product) to align sales efforts.
Provide customer feedback and insights to improve app development.
Regularly visit market for new leads and following up existing leads.
Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients.
Lead test-and-learn efforts - gather and analyze data in a rigorous statistical manner, and uncover insights to optimize app marketing efforts and inform future testing.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress towards goals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop customized proposals and business models to cater to client needs.
Provide feedback from customers and partners to the product development team to refine app features and functionalities.
Prepare reports and presentations on performance metrics, key deals, and market trends.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Target: Achieve a specified percentage increase in revenue within a defined time frame (e.g., 20% Quarterly growth).
Target: Acquire a specific number of new clients monthly or quarterly that is minimum 15 new clients per quarter.
Target: Secure a defined number of strategic partnerships (e.g., 2 partnerships per quarter).
Target: Convert at least 40% of qualified leads into active clients.
Target: Maintain a client retention rate of 90% or higher.
Target: Provide actionable market research reports or insights quarterly.
Target: Secure approval on at least 50% of submitted proposals.
Target: Collaborate with the product team to achieve specific app-related goals, such as increasing user downloads by 25% or boosting daily active users (DAU).
Target: Ensure timely delivery of insights and support to other teams (e.g., monthly alignment meetings with marketing and product teams).
Target: Achieve an average client satisfaction score of 90% or higher based on feedback.
