Experience - 2 to 5 years of experience in BDA only in academic or edtech sector

Salary up to 7lpa

Day shift with 5 days of working  

Location - Bangalore

Note: Candidate should be experienced only in B2B, connected with educational institutes for edtech sales by doing fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

A Business Development Executive (BDE) in academic sales is responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales with educational institutions. Key responsibilities include:


  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential academic clients and generate sales opportunities.
  2. Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services tailored to educational needs.
  3. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales with educational institutions.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  6. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report on targets and forecasts.
  7. Collaboration: Work with marketing and internal teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
  8. Client Support: Provide after-sales support and assist with onboarding.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related sales field 

Field sales with academic or corporate sector

B2B sales

Communication

Relationship Management: Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the education sector and trends

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM, sales tools, and EdTech products.
