Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Sales - Business Development professional to join our dynamic team in Nirman Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales within the IT industry, particularly in areas such as App Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Website Design & Development.

You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads, understanding client needs, and providing customized solutions through our portfolio of services. As part of our sales team, you will engage with clients both in person and over the phone, developing strong relationships and promoting our cutting-edge products and services to meet business demands.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in IT sales, app development, software development, digital marketing, or website design and development.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT products such as software applications, digital marketing solutions, and website development processes.

Sales & Marketing Skills: Proven track record in sales, cold calling, lead generation, and client onboarding, with the ability to create impactful sales literature and marketing materials.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct presentations and pitch solutions effectively.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues related to product usage, installations, and system operations.

Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate costs and close deals with clients.

Client Relationship Management: Skilled in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through excellent service and technical advice.
