About the Job: This full-time Business Development Executive role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive the growth of our business. As an OnSite Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business development and achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales and Business Development experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Negotiation Skills to close deals and maximize profitability
  • Convincing Skills to persuade potential clients and partners
  • Relationship Management skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Experience in B2B Sales and understanding of B2B market dynamics
  • Telecalling experience to reach out to potential clients and generate leads
