Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

CTC: ₹3 LPA + Incentives

Location - Work from office Bangalore

Responsibilities

·        Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction

·        Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs

·        Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

·        Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

·        Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

·        Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

·        Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

·        Build long-term relationships with new and existing client

·        Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·        Develop strategies to meet sales targets and company objectives.

·        Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

·        2+ years of experience

·        Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

·        Proven sales track record

·        Experience in customer support is a plus

·        Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

·        Proficiency in English

·        Market knowledge

·        Communication and negotiation skills

·        Ability to build rapport

·        Time management and planning skills

·        Graduation/post-graduation in business administration, sales or relevant field

·        Valid passport

·        Goal and targeted oriented marketing

·        Good commutation skills in English, Hindi and Kannada

·        Bridge between client and team to brief the requirement

·        Willingness to travel
