NOTE :

  • Only for freshers 2023/24/ 25 passing out batch.
  • Graduation degree must.
  • JOB LOCATION : REMOTE
  • Salary - INR 580000 annually
  • Laptop and Mobile will be provided by the company.
  • Excellent communication skills are must (Don’t apply if your English communication is poor or average).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct sales to other businesses. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, a deep understanding of consultative selling, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling complex or technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with account-based selling strategies.
