About the Job:

As a Full-time Cashier at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and providing excellent customer service. This OnSite position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with a diverse range of customers on a daily basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage cash transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
• Operate Tally Prime software to record sales and manage inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and MS Word.
• Adhere to all company procedures and regulations regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using Tally Prime for managing financial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Excel for creating reports and analyzing data.
• Familiarity with MS Word for generating documents and correspondence.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role would be advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
