Job Description

The Client Service Executive role is a full-time OnSite position that requires a dedicated individual to ensure top-notch service delivery to our valued clients. As a Client Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building strong relationships and addressing their needs effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to their overall satisfaction.


**Roles & Responsibilities**

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Handle client inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing company products and services.
  • Monitor client accounts, track activity, and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in client servicing or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in client servicing or customer relationship management are a plus.
