About the Job: This is a full-time Computer Operator role that requires OnSite presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to SAP, Excel, Billing Management, Purchase Order Management, and LR entries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate computer systems and related equipment efficiently.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of SAP software for data entry and management.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking and organizing data.
• Handle Billing Management tasks, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
• Manage Purchase Orders by processing, tracking, and updating information as needed.
• Enter and maintain LR (Lorry Receipt) entries accurately in the system.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP software for data management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets.
• Experience in Billing Management processes, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
• Familiarity with Purchase Order Management procedures.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain LR (Lorry Receipt) entries.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting computer system issues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and IT personnel.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in computer operations are a plus.
