We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager/Executive to drive corporate sales in the Cabs and Hotels vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our cab and hotel services. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting corporate clients in need of transportation (cabs) and accommodation (hotels) services.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target new corporate clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (travel managers, procurement officers, HR heads, etc.), and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Business Development: Research and prospect new business opportunities, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales strategies, including cold calls, networking, and attending corporate events/conferences.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate service packages, and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and long-term business relationships.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both cab and hotel services.

Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and update accurate sales reports, CRM systems, and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Promotions & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting corporate clients, ensuring maximum exposure and lead generation.

Preferred Qualification:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.

Knowledge of the cab and hotel industry is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
