Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic professionals for an outbound lead generation role in the Australian solar energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers, educating them about solar energy benefits, and generating qualified leads for solar energy installations. This role requires excellent communication skills, target orientation, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses in Australia to promote solar energy solutions.
Engage customers by providing information on solar energy, its benefits, and potential cost savings.
Identify qualified leads by assessing customer eligibility, such as property type, roof condition, and electricity consumption.
Follow up with leads to book appointments for consultations or site visits by solar experts.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Stay updated with Australian solar energy regulations, rebates, and offers.
Provide accurate and timely feedback to the team leader on lead quality and customer responses.
Participate in regular training and process improvement discussions to enhance sales pitch and product knowledge.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in an outbound calling/lead generation role (preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector). Freshers are also welcome.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent to communicate effectively with Australian customers.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to handle objections, close leads, and generate appointments.
Customer Focused: Ability to build rapport with potential customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
Problem Solving: Capable of handling complex queries related to solar installations and energy savings.
Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts aligning with Australian business hours.
Team Player: Able to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
