Job Description:
This is a full-time Customer Care Executive position based on-site, where you will have the opportunity to directly interact with customers and provide them with exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
