Job Description

The job of a Customer Care Executive at our company is a crucial role that involves providing top-notch customer service to our clients. As a full-time Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and upholding the reputation of our company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing information to customers about products and services
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer care or a related field
  • Strong convincing skills to handle customer queries and complaints
  • Basic computer proficiency to navigate systems and databases
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (V4 communication – Average or Above Average)
