Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing information to customers about products and services
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer care or a related field
- Strong convincing skills to handle customer queries and complaints
- Basic computer proficiency to navigate systems and databases
- Fluency in English and Hindi (V4 communication – Average or Above Average)
