About the Job:

We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates for the position of Customer Service Team Lead on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing a team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Oversee international voice processes and client interactions
  • Ensure excellent communication with customers and provide top-notch service
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage customer interactions effectively and professionally
  • Utilize telecalling techniques to reach out to customers
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement
  • Work in telecom domains to address customer queries and concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong team management skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in international voice processes and client handling
  • Knowledge of BPO operations and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Experience in telecalling and customer engagement
  • Familiarity with telecom domains and related customer issues
