About the Job:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. This role is OnSite, where you will have the opportunity to directly interact with customers and provide them with excellent support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate convincing skills to promote products and services to potential customers
- Ensure customer service proficiency by addressing all customer queries and issues promptly and accurately
