Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for students. You will be responsible for addressing student queries, following up for pending documentation, and ensuring a smooth and supportive communication process. Your role is crucial in building trust, providing timely assistance, and helping students move forward in their educational journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Preferred: Degree in Communications, Education, or a related field)
✔ Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, student support, counseling, or related roles (Exp. of receptionist would also work).
✔ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
✔ Empathy & Patience: Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve queries effectively.
✔ Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic email handling.
✔ Organizational Skills: Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail and student commitment.
✔ Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and solve problems under minimal supervision.
