About the Job:

OnlyBigCars is seeking a Customer Support Intern to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Full-time OnSite role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our luxury car clients.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.
  • ✅ Assist customers with booking services, queries, and issue resolution.
  • ✅ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • ✅ Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • ✅ Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and reviews.
  • ✅ Address and escalate customer complaints professionally.
  • ✅ Educate customers about OnlyBigCars' premium services and offers.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Assist customers with inbound & outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chats. ✅ Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach in all interactions. ✅ Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth scheduling and resolution of customer concerns. ✅ Record customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary. ✅ Follow up with customers regarding service updates and ensure satisfaction. ✅ Help in improving customer experience by identifying pain points.
