OnlyBigCars is seeking a Customer Support Intern to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Full-time OnSite role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our luxury car clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- ✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.
- ✅ Assist customers with booking services, queries, and issue resolution.
- ✅ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM.
- ✅ Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- ✅ Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and reviews.
- ✅ Address and escalate customer complaints professionally.
- ✅ Educate customers about OnlyBigCars' premium services and offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
