A leading VOIP - Telecommunication Company looking for CRM - Executive & Manager
Fresher & Experience - Both are Welcome
Excellent Communication with interest in sales Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling, setting up appointments, and meetings with the sales managers for lead Generation.
- Contact potential customers via outbound telephone calls and cold calls to sell VoIP products and services.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
- Follow up with clients. Keep track of potential customers and their requirements.
- Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
- Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the guidelines given.
- Sending proposals and following up on any pending payments with clients.
- Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.
- 6 months - 8 year of experience in B2B Sales, targeting Call Centers, Corporates, and Enterprises with good communications.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
Preferred Qualification:
- Having Any Degree
- Strong interest in technology and a passion for sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the field of IT product sales.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work and a desire to contribute to team success.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM tools.
- Previous sales experience or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts and effectively convey them to potential customers.
