About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Developer Relations Intern to join our team and contribute to amplifying our community engagement and tech outreach initiatives. As a DevRel Intern, you will play a crucial role in bridging our platform with the developer and student community, fostering participation, building relationships, and creating impactful tech engagement experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Hackathons, Technical Workshops, and Academic Outreach programs.
• Identify and engage with target audiences—students, working professionals, communities, and colleges—based on project goals.
• Create and implement outreach strategies via email campaigns, social media, and community collaborations.
• Develop partnerships with institutions, student chapters, and tech communities to conduct workshops, events, and drive participation.
• Manage and grow the WUE Discord community through structured engagement, regular updates, and community-led activities.
• Support the creation of content such as event briefs, social media posts, and email templates for campaigns.
• Actively collaborate with the internal team and maintain strong communication across functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A passionate communicator and community builder who understands tech audiences.
• Familiarity with Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other community/marketing tools.
• Demonstrates initiative and ownership, thriving in collaborative environments.
• Interest in Hackathons, Tech Events, and Developer Communities.
• Prior experience in hosting/volunteering at tech events or college fests.
