About the Job: This is a full-time Education Counselor position based OnSite.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and counseling to students on educational opportunities, career pathways, and academic planning.
• Assist students in setting academic goals and creating personalized education plans.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to assess their strengths, interests, and challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and career readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress towards academic goals.
• Stay updated on educational trends, college admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in Telecommunications and academic knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Proven problem-solving skills to address student academic and personal challenges.
• Prior experience in education counseling or related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
