The role of an English Trainer at our company is a full-time position that involves providing high-quality English language training to our employees. As an OnSite English Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the English communication skills of our team members and helping them become more proficient in both written and spoken English.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting English language training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Developing customized training modules based on the specific needs of different departments.
- Assessing the English proficiency of employees and tracking their progress over time.
- Organizing language workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to enhance language skills.
- Providing individual feedback and guidance to employees to help them improve their English language abilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications and tools to support language training.
- Prior experience in conducting language training sessions or workshops is preferred.
- Certification in English language teaching or a related field would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds.
