- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Assist in special projects as assigned by the CEO, providing research, analysis, and support
