Position: Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field marketing strategies to target potential customers in the construction industry
• Travel to various construction sites and industry events to promote Hardhik Alloys products
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional materials
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure ROI
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent Hardhik Alloys in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times.

Preferred Qualification:

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and gather relevant data.
• Proficient in using mobile apps for reporting and documentation.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field marketing or sales.

Experience in the iron and steel industry is a plus.
